• Avocado and Salmon Open Sarnie

    Spread slices of farmhouse style brown bread with Philly Original and season with some cracked black pepper. Arrange smoked salmon and avocado slices over the Philly and serve as open sandwiches, garnished, if liked with a little fresh dill.

  • Favourite Fish and Mushy Pea Baps

    Cut a soft white bap in half horizontally and spread both pieces with Philly. Top the Philly laden bap bases with a piece of the hot battered fish and a dollop of mushy peas. If liked add a few capers. Add the top of the baps to complete the sarnies.
    Tip: Fish fingers make a delicious speedy alternative to the battered fish.

  • Warm Steak & Onion Wrapper

    Fry 140g sirloin steak until cooked to your liking. Add 1 sliced onion to the pan and fry for a couple of minutes until just soft. Spread the wrap with Philly Light. Cut the warm steak into slices and arrange on the wrap with the onion and rocket leaves. Fold in the sides of the wrap to seal in the ingredients and roll up tightly.

  • Philly Pear and Walnut Combo

    Spread Philly Original over four slices of crusty brown bread. Spoon 30g apple chutney onto just two of the Philly topped bread slices. Arrange pear slices and walnuts over the chutney. Add the remaining two Philly bread slices to complete the sandwiches.

  • Philly Parma Ham and Tomato Duo

    Spread Philly Original over 2 slices of crusty brown bread. Arrange 30g parma ham on one slice of the Philly laden bread and top with tomato slices and the watercress. Season with cracked black pepper.

  • Philadelphia Chicken Club Sandwich

    Spread Philly Original over 4 slices of toast. Arrange lettuce, chargrilled chicken breast, tomato and avocado slices on top of two of the pieces of toast. Season with cracked black pepper.
    Serve cut into quarters, with the individual sandwich quarters secured with a cocktail stick if necessary.

  • Philly and Tuna Sandwich

    Spread 2 slices of farmhouse style white bread with Philly Original and top with shredded lettuce. Mix tinned tuna with lemon or lime juice and season with cracked black pepper. Arrange the tuna over the lettuce.

  • Philly Bacon and Avocado Bagel

    Cut a New York Bakery Company Bagel in half horizontally and toast. Whilst still warm spread the two pieces of bagel with Philly Original. Top one half of the bagel with bacon pieces and avocado slices. Add some rocket and season to taste.

    Spread Philly Original over both slices of wholegrain bread. Top the bread with the ham. Sprinkle over the baby leaves and season with some freshly ground black pepper.
