Philly Sunshine Flatbreads

Step
Cut each tomato into about 6 segments.

Step
Warm the flat breads or naans in the oven. Whilst still warm spread with the Philly.

Step
Top the Philly with the tomato pieces. Scatter over the chopped olives and finish with some rocket leaves. Cut each bread into wedges and serve immediately.
- This recipe is also delicious using naan bread.

- 6 medium sized tomatoes (approx 300 g)
- 2 round flat breads
- 240 g Philadelphia Light
- 12 pitted black olives, (approx 50 g) chopped
- 25 g rocket leaves
