Instructions

1 Step

Heat the oven to 200 °C/180 °C fan/gas 6. Spread the tortillas with the tomato puree, leaving a 2 cm gap around the edges. Sprinkle over the oregano, then tear over the Parma ham and scatter over the sliced onion and chilli.

2 Step

Cook in the oven for 10-12 mins, until crisp and golden, then slice. Spoon the Philly on in dollops – 1 for each slice, and serve with the rocket on the side.

  • 2 medium flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 slice parma ham
  • 100 g Philadelphia Light with Garlic & Herbs
  • 0.25 red onion, finely sliced
  • 0.5 red chilli, sliced
  • 2 handfuls rocket leaves
