  • 1 light digestives, roughly crushed
  • 15 g dulce de leche (caramel toffee sauce)
  • 100 g Philadelphia Lightest
  • 25 g of 0% fat natural yogurt
  • 1 large banana, sliced


  • Divide the crushed biscuit betwen four small ramekin dishes or serving glasses.
  • Slice the banana and place on top of the Philadelphia mixture.
  • Beat together the Philadelphia and yogurt until smooth. Swirl the dulce de leche through the Philadelphia mixture to create a marbled effect. Carefully spoon the mixture onto the biscuit layer.


  • Instead of banana any soft fruit can be used. Try using what is in season.
