Ingredients

  • 180 g Philadelphia Original
  • 25 Ritz Original crackers
  • 350 g smoked salmon, cut into bitesize pieces
  • 1 lemon
  • cracked black pepper, to serve

Instructions

  • Spread approx. 1 tsp of Philadelphia onto each cracker, then top with a small piece of smoked salmon, a squeeze of lemon juice and some cracked black pepper.
