  • 8 English breakfast muffins, cut in half
  • 240 g Philadelphia Original
  • 4 tbsp raspberry jam


  • Toast the muffins and using a heart shaped cutter, cut a heart out of each muffin half. Spread the four hearts with Philadelphia and top each with a little raspberry jam.


  • If you don’t have a heart shaped cutter, try cutting the muffins into hearts, free hand, using a pair of’s easier than you think!
  • If preferred, use toast in place of muffins.
  • Also tastes delicious with Philadelphia Lightest.
