Ingredients

  • 4 slices of farmhouse style white bread
  • 120 g Philadelphia Light
  • 40 g crisp lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 200 g tinned tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
  • 2 tsp Fresh Lemon or lime juice
  • cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Spread the bread slices with the Philadelphia and top with the shredded lettuce.
  • Mix the tuna with the lemon or lime juice and season well with cracked black pepper.
  • Arrange the tuna over the lettuce.
