  • 1 fillet of honey hot smoked salmon (approx 200g)
  • 15 g chives
  • 2 lemons (juice and zest of)
  • 150 g Philadelphia Original
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 25 savory canapĂ© cases such as mini tartlet case


  • Beat the Philadelphia to loosen the consistency.
  • Finely flake the hot smoked salmon and fold into the Philadelphia, then finely chop the chives and add along with the juice and zest of the lemons. Season well with black pepper and a little salt.
  • Spoon into the canapĂ© cases and garnish with micro greens.
