Angel Pasta with Salmon Philly with Fishy Toasts

Step
Cook the pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water as directed on the packet.

Meanwhile cut fish shapes out of the bread slices, using a sharp knife. Toast on both sides and then spread with about a quarter of the Philly.

When the pasta is cooked, drain and return to the hot pan. Stir in the remaining Philly and the milk. Heat until the Philly begins to melt and soften into a sauce. Season to taste and divide between 4 serving dishes.

Step
Garnish the pasta with some chopped dill and lemon wedges and serve with the fish toasts.
